I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Communication was brilliant (replies to messages within a short time) and Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. Ended up with a low stress, excellent refurb all done in a timely manner. They were professional and informative right from the first meeting through to completion of our loft and rear extension. Andrew was constantly updating us on the progress and always was there to answer our questions. The Quote was crystal clear with full breakdown. Any extra works were competitively priced, discussed in details and always needed our written confirmation beforehand. I felt like everybody was on the same page throughout the project.
